  Originally the Samsung bluetooth would recognise it, and I can type in the security number, but then it would not pair up.

  My only gripe with this superb Bluetooth Keyboard is that it thinks it's Italian.
  
  
  
  Well the Keyboard layout actually is in Italian but unless you configure your PC to read the Italian...
