When I recently got the PS2 Rockband package, my brothers and I got a little rough with the bass peddle so we needed to get a new peddle but it was cheaper to get a whole new drum and this one has lasted a good long time so far and will last til we don't need it anymore.

I thoroughly enjoy Guitar Hero and decided to check out Rock Band. I was disappointed to discover that Rock Band only comes with around twenty songs on the game cd, however, the songs it provides are a little more up to date and less "classic". If I were to have to choose between Rock Band and Guitar Hero, I might have to sway to Rock Band just for the fact that it is a little less difficult and how much more modern the songs are.

Drums are the best part of rock band so when mine broke after a year and a half I had to get replacements. Amazon had the best price, and it's great quality. The ones for PS2 work for PS3 as well. Don't overpay for wireless unless you plan on playing about 20 ft away from your TV, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you have a 70" TV.

The tapping is really loud and makes it hard if you're playing "band" and you're playing the guitar to keep rhythm.

Our kids wanted the drum set because we already had the guitar. I was concerned that the drum set would link well with the guitar. It linked awesome. No problems.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 12 year old son. He had ask for Rock Band 2 for Christmas and I had a hard time finding this item in the local stores. He thinks it is awesome and plays it everyday. The drums do come with two drum sticks.

I've been wanting to get a drumset to complete a band to play Band Hero and they are all so expensive. Well, my sister luckily saw this on clearance for $10 and bought it for me. I was so excited when she told me that she got me drums for my GH games, but then when I saw the Rock Band box, I thought at first that it will not work for my GH games. Well, I just tried these drums with all my GH games (World Tour, Metallica, 5, Band Hero) and they work!!!

I bought these drums for rock band and guitar hero world tour, and they are very fun to play. When you play on expert on world tour, some songs are really hard because you're using rb drums instead of gh drums, though beacause you have to hit lots of yellows, then a red. It would be easy if you had the yellow cymbal above the red pad, but it's to the left so you have to use your left had to do it.
Other than that it is perfect though, and I heard that the cymbals on gh drums don't always work.Source: [amazon.com]

I Love playin the RockBand Drums they respond to every little hit and best of all i can use them with Guitar Hero Metallica. My only complaints would be the kick pedal could get uncomfortable at times and the loudness of the drum pads which can be silenced with the drum covers i need the covers lol other than that the drums rule

I got this drum set to use with the guitar hero world tour. Seeing as the official drum set was about $80, it was well out of my price range. So i did some searching and found the rock band drums work with guitar hero.
For the drums them selfs, they work like they should. Bass pedal can get loud if you start playing fast beat songs like Scream, Aim, Fire. Other than that i would have really liked it if rock band and guitar hero would have the same number of drum pads seeing as rock band has 4 and guitar hero has 5.
I do have to give props to Activtion (or who ever did this) for making guitar hero capatable with the rock band drums, considering they would have had to go out of their way to do this.Source: [amazon.com]

Before I bought "Rock Band", I was a die hard Guitar Hero game, I even had every Guitar Hero Game thats been released, and one Rock Band Track Pack(AC~DC). But anyway's I was a wiz on guitar, so when I bought "Rock Band", I decided to give the drums a try. After just one song, I was hooked!! I was playing the drums for about five hours straight! And boy is it a workout!! For me it's a great way to stay in shape for sports, and most of all it's fun!! The design is pretty cool, To me it's better than Guitar Hero's drums. It's very sturdy, and can take a good beating!! The foot pedal makes it all feel more real, but to me thats the hardest feature to play, in Hard difficulty anyway.You can even make it taller or shorter. Overall, I would recommend these drums to anyone looking to stay in shape, or just have a good time! Later!

Bought this for my boys last Christmas (08). It still works great and has lots of time on it. We have had no problems with it. The height adjustability is great. It's a must add on for your rock band games. My boys and I highly enjoy it.

Surprisingly solid, 15 May 2009
This drum kit is surprisingly well-built and substantive. The drum pads are wonderfully responsive. Playing drums in Rock Band is so much fun! Harder than guitar, but lots of fun. My only caveat is that that foot pedal is hard to get lined up nicely; if I'm centered on the drums, my foot wants to be a little farther east than the foot pedal can be placed. Probably smaller people wouldn't have that problem.

Back up when only own GHWT instruments., 11 May 2009
I first went out and got GHWT. Then bought RB2 (game only) and was able to use GHWT instruments, but kept getting confused with the cymbals on the drum set, so i decided to get the RB drum set for use when i pop in RB2. Now i can switch back and forth whenever i play GHWT or RB2 with no problem.
